25% RETAINER FEE REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. Retainers are NON REFUNDABLE, however they ARE TRANSFERABLE to YOUR NEXT appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours FORFEIT their retainer and WILL have to pay another retainer fee before booking again. Retainer fees are only transferable ONCE. NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a 10 minute grace period; after which time your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee/no show fee. ALL services are NON REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with a LASH or BROW service, please contact within 72 hours for a complimentary touch up. For a MAKEUP service, please contact within 24 hours. If services are cancelled WITHIN 24 hours, 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
